# Dreaded PyCall build error

Yes, the page access via browser seems to be fine. In [another post](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/how-to-install-pyplot-jl-on-windows-10-behind-a-firewall/30208) on this topic, there seems to be a reference to firewall issues that were fixed using the mobile phone network, but this did not work for me.
