# Documenter deploy failure

Github actions has been failing at the deploy stage with a `Failed to add the RSA host key for IP address '140.82.113.3' to the list of known hosts (/home/runner/.ssh/known_hosts).` message but it isn’t clear what the issue could be here is the log:

Anyone else experiencing this?

It is just a warning. It looks to me like the deploy was successful.

It wasn’t, there isn’t a page for 1.7 in the documentation.

Here is the action failure  
[https://github.com/NREL-SIIP/PowerSystems.jl/actions/runs/1590473388](https://github.com/NREL-SIIP/PowerSystems.jl/actions/runs/1590473388) but I am not sure why it fails and if its related to the previous warning.

Looks like it might be related to [https://github.com/github/feedback/discussions/9104](https://github.com/github/feedback/discussions/9104) they say its fixed but we are still experiencing the issue
