There have been discussions about interfacing julia and C# 
but it received little attention so far, except for GitHub - ShuhuaGao/JuliaCSharp: Julia and C# interoperation and GitHub - HyperSphereStudio/JULIAdotNET. See e.g. Interoperability with .NET for more info if you want.
