Nobody has mentioned ChangePrecision.jl yet. I think this does what you request, but locally within a block of code marked @changeprecision T begin ... end. It changes the parsing of 0.1, as well as the return type of 2pi and 3/4 etc

If it’s lots of rational constants, you can just use Rational literals. If it’s lots of irrationals like 2π, you could use twoπ from IrrationalConstants.jl or something more ambitious like IrrationalExpressions.jl. And you can also define your own Irrational constants.
