Several people asked when [DataFrames Tutoroal](https://github.com/bkamins/Julia-DataFrames-Tutorial) would work with Julia 1.0.

I would like to announce that as of today all dependencies of the tutorial have tagged versions that work with Julia 1.0 so it should be safe to run the notebooks without hacking.
