# \[DataFrames Question\]: 0.20 performance benchmarks

I was looking at the 0.20 release notes and noticed that performance was mentioned 5 times.  
I was wondering if anyone has done general benchmarking versus the prior version.

Not I but, for what it’s worth, I could say that I hardly noticed a difference, that it was the same or that it was faster. Almost certainly not slower.
