I’m hoping to define a custom `DocStringExtensions.Abbreviation`, as instructed [here](https://github.com/JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl/issues/1473). Are custom Abbreviations defined in _my_ package? Or does that require me to fork `DocStringExtensions`, and define a new abbreviation there?

You can define it in your package, but if you think it is generally useful for others you can of course contribute the changes.
