# Current state of JuliaLang/METADATA.jl

I wanted to start a discussion on the current state of [METADATA.jl](https://github.com/JuliaLang/METADATA.jl), I’ve recently been making changes to [AWSSQS.jl](https://github.com/JuliaCloud/AWSSQS.jl) and have been receiving new [issues](https://github.com/JuliaCloud/AWSSQS.jl/issues/14) from attobot that the package URL does not match what is stored in `METADATA.jl`.
Looking at the `METADATA.jl` package there have been [no new commits](https://github.com/JuliaLang/METADATA.jl/commits/metadata-v2) since Oct 13th, can we archive this package? Or at least turn off the bots for this package?
EDIT: Sorry if this is the wrong category, wasn’t sure where this really belongs. If there’s a more appropriate place, feel free to move it.

I have deleted AttoBot, so no more notifications will appear.
