Hi! We had a similar issue in CI and decided to switch from PyPlot.jl to PythonPlot.jl (see Using PythonPlot instead of PyPlot in tests by sethaxen · Pull Request #585 · JuliaManifolds/Manifolds.jl · GitHub).
