# Compat entry for a package that may or may not be a standard library

[TOML.jl](https://github.com/JuliaLang/TOML.jl) currently (Julia \<=1.5) requires a `[compat]` entry for the General registry, but it will be a standard library for 1.6.

Will that compat entry just be ignored then, or is it going to cause problems?
