Hello,

I have been working on a paper and I wanted to cite the Calling C and Fortran [section](https://docs.julialang.org/en/release-0.5/manual/calling-c-and-fortran-code/) of the Julia manual. I was wondering if there would be a way to cite this with a DOI, maybe using something like [Referencing and citing content - GitHub Docs](https://guides.github.com/activities/citable-code/)? If not, what would be correct way of citing a section of the manual?

Thanks,
Rohit
