# Celltracker updates

Hi so I recently posted and found some useful information on how to make code that would track cells. However I’m running into an issue where I think the cells are too close to the background to use most of the detections strategies. Please let me know if you can think of a solution to this issue.

Several contrast-enhancement algorithms are implemented in [ImageContrastEnhancement.jl](https://juliaimages.org/ImageContrastAdjustment.jl/dev/).
