i have this package on Github that i want to update after modifying simple things in it when i do `(v1.2) pkg> up QuantumRelay`it starts to do the updationg operation but after a while it shows me `the operation is timed out`i don’t know because of what i’ve tried it several times with the same error knowing that it is not the first time i update this package, it even shows me this warning before the error occurs :

```julia
┌ Warning: Some registries failed to update:
│ — /Users/midow/.julia/registries/General — failed to fetch from repo
└ @ Pkg.Types /Users/sabae/buildbot/worker/package_macos64/build/usr/share/julia/stdlib/v1.2/Pkg/src/Types.jl:1171
```

this is the link of the package:

The first thing I would check is internet connection issues, eg firewalls, proxies, and host key signatures; preferably from outside Julia, ie a command line.
