# Building a system image using Julia 1.13 fails on Windows

Building a system image on Windows 10 fails if I use Julia 1.13, it succeeds using Julia 1.12.

On Julia 1.12 it needs about 34 GB RAM (RAM+pagefile) and 30 minutes.  
On Julia 1.13 it fails even with 54 GB RAM after 1h:25min with an out-of-memory error.  
You might have to [increase the pagefile size](https://mcci.com/support/guides/how-to-change-the-windows-pagefile-size/)

If you want to reproduce the issue:

> ```julia
> using Pkg
> pkg"add Tethers"
> 
> ```
> 
> Copy the example scripts and the BASH helper scripts to the `bin` your project with:
> 
> ```julia
> using Tethers
> install_examples()
> 
> ```
> 
> This also adds the extra packages needed to build the system image.
> 
> ```bash
> cd bin
> ./create_sys_image
> 
> ```

Question: Shall I report that to the PackageCompiler repo or to the Julia repo?
