This is wrong. ControlPlots.jl depends on PyPlot, on no other plotting library.

And I was unhappy with my experience when using PythonPlot: It was updating the Python dependencies every time I run my scripts.

This would be a bug. If you can reproduce it, please file an issue on GitHub.
