It is my pleasure to announce that the Bucharest Julia Users Group is organizing an event on the 9th of October 2019.  
The event will feature two presentations (at the moment):

1. Intro to Julia
2. Proof of concept of a Traffic Sign classifier/detector (work in progress) using the [Knet.jl](https://github.com/denizyuret/Knet.jl) deep learning framework.
