# "Broken" link in main Julia Discourse page

I would like to call attention to whoever is in charge of the maintenance of this Julia discourse, to the fact that the link, in its main page, to [https://discourse.julialang.org/c/user/first-steps](https://discourse.julialang.org/c/user/first-steps) does not work or rather issues the message: Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private. The one to [New to Julia - JuliaLang](https://discourse.julialang.org/c/usage/first-steps/8) does work fine, however, and allows posting new First Steps topics. Is this the expected behavior?
