# Bottom banner in dark mode is not dark

Either I never scrolled this far or this is new, but lately I have noticed that the bottom banner in dark mode is not dark, but white. This looks very odd.

The banner is pretty new, I am pretty sure it has always been white in dark-mode, and dark in regular mode. I think it it would be nice to tone it down a bit in dark mode if possible.

I 90% agree with this request, but having some contrast is nice done or makes it easier to scroll to the link back to all issues.

I wholeheartedly agree that the banner would be nice if it were darkened in dark mode. I just switched dark mode on and found the banner somewhat jarring.

Is the CSS/source for the banner located somewhere?
