Hi, first of all I would like to know the step by step procedure to upgrade Julia. I would also like to know what happens with the package versions I have in a local environment. How are them updated?
If I keep older julia versions it is not a problem, but would prefer that the latest version is named just “julia”.
Thank you very much,
