# Arpack 0.5.4 broken

A PA for those who use Arpack:

Arpack 0.5.4 for the generalized eigenvalue problem with positive definite sparse matrices and the smallest eigenvalues is broken. The solution converges for 0.5.3 but fails for 0.5.4.
