# Anyone using Julia for drones (or other embedded)? Any forseen problems?

Hmm, ok, thanks for clarifying. I must have misunderstood then. I didn’t think this could be relied upon with recursive function calls, even with static dispatch, cf. [this topic](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/tracking-memory-usage-in-unit-tests-a-lot-worse-in-julia-0-7-than-0-6/14444/14).
