# Announcing Julia Gender Inclusive

IMHO: 2 core key concepts need to understand and clearly communicate for white males:

- Diversity & Inclusion is [NOT a ZERO SUM GAME](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-sum_thinking) !
  - It’s not against for white man
    - [Diversity and Inclusion also apply for white man](https://media.ccc.de/v/rc3-437205-open_source_as_a_model_for_global_collaboration#t=1874)

  - It’s not against for other programming languages
  - If looks like a ZERO SUM … Then something wrong … We have to change the framework.

- NonViolent communications - [( as key for solving toxic culture problems )](https://www.businessinsider.com/microsoft-satya-nadella-nonviolent-communication-2018-10)
