Recently the `.travis.yml` configuration file had [deprecating changes](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/travis-ci-configuration-breaking-changes/34268), probably a rare occurrence.

Personally, I am choosing not to rely on Github actions, as I don’t want to depend on Github.

But this is not a problem for me, since tagging manually doesn’t bother me.
