Another update along the same veins of the former reply a week ago, is now the possibility to visualize the neighbor grid directly in Paraview! It took me an “embarressingly” long time to figure out, but the latest version now implements it beautifully. You can see an example for the 2D dam break and how the neighbor algorithm beautifully evolves based on the location of the particles.
Am I very happy to have been able to do this in the blessed month of Ramadan, I have really struggled to implement these vtkhdf features, so I hope it can help others either in implementation or simulation
