Ok, thanks. I really don’t know much about the details of the SMC alogrithms. It usually produces good results for my models, so I’ve been using it. I did have some problems with the posteriors produced using ApproxBayes.jl with some more complex models, so maybe that’s related to what you mentioned. I’ll experiment more later. It’s great to have multiple implementations to compare!
