I’ve just released [LazyQuery](https://github.com/bramtayl/LazyQuery.jl). It currently provides an intuitive [dplyr](https://github.com/tidyverse/dplyr)-like interface to [Query](https://github.com/davidanthoff/Query.jl). Being built on [LazyContext](https://github.com/bramtayl/LazyContext.jl), there are exciting possibilities for specialized/optimized code interpretation for various data-structures using run-time information. This means that in the future, LazyContext could be a front-end to a variety of query-like interfaces ([DataFramesMeta](https://github.com/JuliaStats/DataFramesMeta.jl) for dataframes, etc.).

LazyQuery 0.1.2 is out which now has two backends, one for Query, and a homegrown one for DataFrames. Should be getting close to a drop-in replacement for dplyr (minus the database capabilities).
