I would like to publicly thank [Aayush Joglekar](https://github.com/zerefwayne) (@zerefwayne) for his amazing work on a new awesome package [GADM.jl](https://github.com/JuliaGeo/GADM.jl) 🎉 The package was written as part of the MLH fellowship program, and I am really happy that I had the chance to mentor him in his first open source contribution in Julia! :julia:

Thank you again to the MLH fellowship organizers for bringing talent to the Julia community! 👏

Thank you for all the guidance and nitpicks @juliohm. This is my first package and my first major contribution to the Julia Ecosystem. I hope you all like it and use it for your projects. 😄

I’d recommend briefly stating what the package does in the announcement 😉
