# Allow post deletion

Could there be a trust level where you’re allowed to delete your posts without the 24-hour notice? Say, if you totally misunderstood the question and posted 6 less-than-useful replies, possibly filling up the post so it won’t get other responses?

You can flag your own post and let a moderator remove them for you. Discourse only allows mods and admins to delete (technically hide) posts
