Non-technical topics of the Julia community, including announcements, founding/deprecation of Julia related websites or local communities, new publications or other resources, advertisements, etc.

This category serves the needs of the Julia community beyond the usage and development of the language. It is about the lifecycle of packages, Git organizations, conferences, meetups, blogs, reviews, learning/teaching material, jobs, contracting, etc.
